SYNOPSIS
SilcCipher silc_acc_get_cipher(SilcAccelerator acc, SilcCipher cipher);
DESCRIPTION
Returns the underlaying cipher from the accelerated cipher indicated by `cipher'. Returns NULL if `cipher' is not accelerated cipher.
